Walk It

Walk It Out

"Walk it Out" is the popular song, dance and creation of music artist Unk from his album "Beat'n Down Yo Block!" You heard about it and see the kids doing it. Now it's your turn to learn "Walk it Out."

Instructions

1. Use your feet to walk it out. Take a step to the left and stay on your left toes. Now take a step to your right and stay on your toes. Step left, step right, step left, step right. Actually take steps. Your feet should leave the ground in this dance.

2. Sway your hips with your moving feet. As the kids say "put your hips into it." As you step, sway your hips left, then sway your hips right. Go back and forth, left and right.

3. Hold your arms at chest level. Now move your arms with your swaying hips and walking feet. Swing your arms left then swing your arms right. This step is your creation. Use your arms and put your own style into move them. Everything goes; there is no wrong move here.

4. Put it all together. Stand on your toes and step left while swaying your hips left and moving your arms. Now step right while swaying your hips right and moving your arms. Move to the music.

5. Have fun with this dance. Surprise your friends by showing them how hip you are. Walk it out.
