You don't have to be a talented artist to draw a picture of a babies.
You don't have to be a professional artist to draw a simple picture of a baby. You don't even have to have talent. If you can draw stick figures, and follow a few easy step-by-step instructions, you can draw pictures of babies. You can begin with a piece of scratch paper and draw a few circles as practice, but don't be afraid to start. There is no wrong way to draw.
Instructions
1. Draw a large lollipop and the lollipop stick. The lollipop is the baby's head and the stick is the torso.
2. Draw a line across the stick just under the lollipop. This is the baby's shoulders. Add bracket-shaped lines coming down from the shoulders to represent the arms.
3. Draw another line across the lollipop stick lower down, below the ends of the arms. This is the baby's hips. Draw two more bracket-shaped lines coming down from the hips to represent the baby's legs. Both completed arm and leg lines should look like an upside-down U.
4. Draw a cross through the center of the lollipop with the horizontal line two-thirds of the way down. This line will mark the location of the baby's eyes. Draw two large circles centered on this line. Center two round ears on each end of the line. Add another upside-down U shape below the eyes to represent the nose. This curve of this U should be low and almost flattened. Add a curved line to represent a smile.
5. Add two curved lines on each side of the lollipop stick to stand for the baby's torso. Draw the baby's shoulders and arms using the stick-figure frame as a guide.
6. Locate the point where the lollipop stick meets the horizontal hip line. Draw a U shape centered around this point and connect it at the top with a horizontal line. This is the center flap of the diaper. Connect each side of the U to the baby's body by drawing two curving lines out to each side. This is the top of the diaper. Connect the bottom of the U to the baby's body with two more, lower lines. This is the bottom of the diaper.
7. Add two legs. You can make these bracket-shaped, or break up the segments of the baby's legs into upper and lower brackets.
8. Add ovals for the hands and feet. Refine them into stubby fingers and toes. Add details to the head, such as eyebrows, pupils, and hair.
