Watching videos from the comfort of home has become one of America's favorite past times. Blockbuster Video is one of the largest chains in America to rent or purchase a new or older movie. Whether its an old favorite or a new release you're looking forward to watching for the first time, getting onboard with Blockbuster's Rewards program can be an asset to saving you money.
Instructions
1. Locate the Blockbuster store nearest you, or at least the one you will most frequently visit. You'll find them listed in the phone book, or if you're Internet savvy, they're also listed in the online yellow pages.
2. Visit the store and check out the selection they offer. You may consider visiting a couple different stores to find the one with the largest selection.
3. Sign up with the Blockbuster Rewards Program. After you're in their system, you become entitled to free rentals, which can be redeemed in accordance with the agreement. One immediate reward is receiving a free older movie with the full price rental of a new release between Monday and Wednesday each and every week of the year.
4. Rent five new releases in a calendar month to receive a coupon for a free new release. Blockbuster will also send you free rental coupons in the mail. or by email if you prefer. You can redeem them at your next visit.
5. Redeem your rewards coupons at any Blockbuster Video. If your most frequently visited store is out of the movie you wish to watch, you can rent it at another local store.
