Correctly Polish Granite Counter tops

Granite countertops need an occasional polishing to maintain their luster and shine.

Granite countertops are an expensive addition to a kitchen, but their beauty and durability make them well worth the expense. Though granite does not require as much maintenance as some other countertop materials, a good polishing from time to time will keep it looking shiny and beautiful. To properly polish granite countertops, it is best to avoid harsh chemicals and abrasives. A safe and efficient polishing solution can actually be made from a few items that you probably already have.
