2. Show the printer your manuscript. Different printers might have different demands for how the pages of your manuscript should be laid out in order to be properly printed. For a wholesale printer it is usually up to you to get the pages formatted properly. There are printers who will format the pages for your, however, for an additional fee.
3. Have the wholesaler print one copy of a book proof for your review, before you mass print your book. When you get the proof copy of the book, inspect it for any errors or abnormalities. This is the time to make any changes to the book that would be necessary before you have the book printed in mass copies.
4. Check the binding on the book proof to make sure it is the type of binding you're wanting. Binding is an important part of printing a book wholesale. You can choose among many different types of binding from glue to cloth.
5. Give the printer the go ahead to print your books wholesale. Tell your printer how many copies you want produced at the wholesale price he has quoted you, and he should be able to print your final order in a matter of a week or so.
