Draw A Lego Spiderman

Draw a LEGO Spiderman

Spiderman is such a popular character that even his LEGO version is famous. LEGO Spiderman is the subject of hundreds of hilarious fan-made viral videos as well as having his own legitimate Lego toy line. Drawing LEGO Spiderman is a fairly easy process. You simply need to identify the basic shapes of a LEGO character and apply some of the most recognizable characteristics of Spiderman to this template. By adding large triangular eyes, the spider logo and a webbed costume, you can soon have a LEGO Spiderman of your own climbing up your wall.

Instructions

1. Draw the head of LEGO Spiderman with a square with slightly rounded corners. Add a small rectangle on top of the head. Add a thin rectangle under the head for the neck. Create the body with a trapezoid. Make the bottom line of the trapezoid wider than the top. Add a large rectangle directly under the body for the legs.

2. Create the arms with two long cylinders on each side of the body. Add wrists with small thin rectangles attached to the bottom of the arms. Add two downward facing "C" shapes for the LEGO hands. Draw the waist with horizontal line running across the top of the legs. Add two vertical lines running down the middle of the leg rectangle to separate the legs.

3. Draw two diagonal triangles on the face for Spiderman's eyes. Create Spiderman's costume by drawing two diagonal lines near the bottom left and right corners of the torso.

4. Draw the spider logo in the middle of the chest. Do this by drawing a long, upside down triangle in the center of the chest. Add 8 lines coming out of the triangle for the spider's legs. Make the top 4 legs point up and the bottom 4 point down.

5. Add the web pattern on the head, center portion of the chest and the waist. Do this on the head by drawing lines that start in the center of the face and then extend to the end of the head. Add curved lines on top of this to create the web pattern. On the chest and waist draw vertical lines. Intersect these with horizontal lines to create the web pattern.

6. Ink the entire drawing. Let the ink dry and carefully erase the pencil lines. Color the head, chest, hands and waist red. Color the rest of the body blue. Add shadows with the purple marker on the inside of the arms, legs, and under the head.
