Instructions
1. Feel the beat of the music. The strong beat of the Latin-inspired dance leads you to the Thunder Clap motion. You can clap on the even or odd beats, every beat, every other beat or with your own freestyle dance combination.
2. Start with your left hand extended up and in front of you. It is like you are reaching for the ceiling at a diagonal. Your hand is flat with your thumb pointing toward the ceiling.
3. Pull your right arm back, like you are stringing a bow. Your elbow is bent and your hand is flat, thumb pointed toward the ceiling. Line up your right hand with the left hand that is extended out in front of your body.
4. Choose your beat and strike your hands together. Bring your right hand past your head and strike your extended left hand. You determine how loud you want to clap when you strike your hands together.
5. Reverse the move with your right arm extended in front and your left arm starting back. You can do a number of claps on each side or alternate between right and left each time. Add your own freestyle foot and beat choreography to make the Thunder Clap your own unique move.
