Thinking is intention. In this how-to guide we expose the truth about turning your thoughts into reality, and how each thought we have, positive or negative, is a step in a direction.
Instructions
1. Think about something you would really like in this life... visualize it, don't JUST think about it. Close your eyes and see yourself with that which you want.
2. Act as if you had that thing in your life! If you spend time worrying about money, would you still do that if you won a million dollars? Of course not, so stop worrying about money. Maybe you have not enough money, but does worrying earn income? Certainly you can find a better use for that energy spent fearing and worrying... perhaps you will invent something! Or write a hit song...
3. Negative thoughts about not being able to achieve this thought are intentions, and are also acted upon by our subconscious. A strong, positive intention is much more powerful than a thin, negative intention though, so don't worry. Just remember that everything you do, every choice you make, has a ripple effect. We are also the recipients of these ripples from others. Life is wonderful, and so are we all. Let's take a moment to thank and be grateful for all we are blessed with, all that so many others have not.
4. We let our intention go, not thinking about it after wishing for it. We live our lives, full and thankful for all that we have. When the time is right, the time will come, and we will have what is ours.
