The Vinyl Express Q Series is a line of vinyl printing and cutting devices made by SignWarehouse. One of these cutter models is the Vinyl Express Q30. This model uses its blades to engrave signs and symbols onto vinyl surfaces. The signs and symbols are prominently displayed on the vinyl once the machine finishes the cutting and finishing process. Knowing use your Q30 cutter allows you to come up with more polished and professional vinyl pieces.

Rear Loading instructions
1. Turn your cutter on by pressing the left "I" power switch down on the top left side of the unit. Lower the media set lever, which is in the top right back corner of your unit, to lift up the push rollers.
2. Go behind your unit. Feed your vinyl through the push rollers until it pokes out the front of the unit. Pull the vinyl out until it covers the dotted media sensor line, located in the front of your unit, below the rollers.
3. Press the media lock button, below the media set lever and behind your unit, to lock the vinyl in place. Replace the media set lever to put the push rollers back down.
4. Choose the settings you want for the vinyl cutting with the control panel, located in the front top right corner of your unit. Press the "Tool" button to adjust the settings for your unit's operation. Press "Arms" to adjust the positioning of your unit's arms and blades. Press "Area" to adjust the areas where you want the unit to cut the vinyl. Press "Media" to change the settings for how you want the vinyl to be cut. Press "TEST" to run a test cut of the vinyl in your unit.
5. Press the "Enter" button in the bottom right corner of the unit's control panel to cut the vinyl.
Front Loading Instructions

7. Stand in front of your unit. Make sure the vinyl covers the dotted media sensor line, located in the front of your unit below the rollers. Feed the vinyl through the push rollers until at least two inches of it poke out of the back of the unit.
8. Press the media lock button, below the media set lever and behind your unit, to lock the vinyl in place. Replace the media set lever to put the push rollers back down.
9. Choose the settings you want for the vinyl cutting with the control panel, located in the front top right corner of your unit.
