View Aerial Photography On The Web

There are several different ways to look at aerial photography on the internet, but Google Earth is by far the best. Here are some basic instructions on use it.


Instructions


1. Download and install Google Earth.


2. Start the program. You will see an image of the earth in space.


3. Use the mouse wheel to zoom in and zoom out on the earth.


4. To zoom in more smoothly, simply click on a spot on the map.


5. Click and drag on the earth to change locations. You can either move the ground a set distance by dragging the map and then stopping, or continuously move your view in a specific direction by dragging and letting go while the mouse is moving.


6. When you get to the destination you want, you can stop the earth from spinning by clicking and holding on the image.


7. Enter an address in the "Fly to" window to zoom in on a specific address. Try looking at your house.


8. Take the sightseeing tour in the "Places" menu. This will show you aerial photography of the Grand Canyon, the Eiffel Tower, and many other exciting places.
