You can register for Comcast email by first creating a Comcast ID. The easiest way to register for the ID is through the online Comcast Customer Central portal. Creating the ID lets you sign in and view your account online plus use the full email functionality your Comcast Internet subscription pays for. If you also subscribe to cable television or telephone service you can view this information with a Comcast ID.
Instructions
1. Go to the Comcast ID Registration page. You can get there by clicking the "Register for access" link from the Comcast Customer Central site.
2. Select the radio button next to the "Verification Method." You can pick "Account Number" or "Social Security Number."
3. Fill in the required information on the Comcast ID Registration page. Once complete, click the "Next" button.
4. Type a Comcast ID and password on the next page, then submit.
5. Sign in to the "My Account" page and check the email for a verification message. The email will provide details and a hyperlink. Once you click the verification link, full online access is granted.
